Visitors to the community can drop off non-perishable food items Feb. 1-28 at The Resort at Amira\, 20508 Mueschke Road\, or any model home. Hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday. The food will be donated to the Houston Food Bank\, which serves 18 southeast Texas counties.
