Continuity of Operations/Business Continuity Workshop

As many as 60% of businesses suffereing any form of diaster that closes the business for 5 days will not recover. Statistics also show that with the simplist plan in place, before the disruption, can improve the chances of total recovery enormously. The Chamber and the Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) are offering a 6 hour workshop conducted by TEEX on developing an effective continuity of operations plan (coop). Attendees will participate in hands-on activiies designes to jump start the planning process. 40 participants max so the facilitators can help personalize each plan.
