If you ever wonder what to grow in the winter time or how we can have a farmers market all year round all it takes is a gander around our market on any given Saturday in January or February and you will soon found out! Southeast Texas is a great place to grow all year round and many believe the winter months to be the best of all. The strawberries, citrus and lettuces and fabulous and who can not like a purple cauloflower?! Why not try some Bok Choy in a pan of stir fry or spinach over pasta (or in a creamy dip for game day). Marchese Sausage is perfect for the weekend and dipping into Tomball's own King Of The Pit barbeque sauce can make it even better. See you at the market!
