Full Bloom Floral Show at the Pearl Fincher Museum of Fine Arts

The Pearl Fincher Museum of Fine Arts is delighted to host the “Full Bloom Floral Show” to complement their spring exhibition of “Cultivating the Dutch Tradition in the 21st Century: Jane Jones’ Hyperrealist Floral Paintings.” In partnership with the Society for the Advancement of Floral Design, floral arrangements inspired by Jane Jones’ paintings will be on display Friday afternoon, March 25, and Saturday, March 26. A live demonstration of Flemish style floral arrangement will also be presented during a reception Friday evening. The reception will take place from 5 to 6 p.m. Friday, March 25 at the Pearl Fincher Museum of Fine Arts. The reception is free but RSVP’s are requested by calling the museum at (281) 376-6322. A free Family Day will also be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, March 26, with floral art and craft activities for all ages. The Pearl Fincher Museum of Fine Arts exists to provide direct, first-hand access to original works of art, and to offer outstanding educational and public programming.   Located at 6815 Cypresswood Drive in Spring, the Pearl is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
