''Healthy Heart, Healthy You'' at Emergency Health Centre

Emergency Health Centre at Willowbrook is recognizing Heart Disease Awareness Month this February with a free, month-long series of events, "Healthy Heart, Healthy You". We?ll be offering promotional heart scans, lung scans, & screenings & as well as free EKG's, and great prizes each week! Our staff will be available to answer your questions & provide you with a complimentary Healthy Heart Packet with all the information you need to keep your heart healthy. An event kicks off every Monday in February at Emergency Health Centre at Willowbrook. Monday, February 4th, 4-8 p.m.: Getting Your Heart in Shape. Receive complimentary fitness profiles and assessments from exercise professionals at the YMCA; learn how to start a year-round walking program with the American Heart Association?s Start! initiative; and see how heart scans can detect the early stages of heart disease.
