Notice of the Director Election for the H-M-W Special Utility District og Harris and Montgomery Counties.

 

An election shall be for and within the District on May 8, 2010, between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., for the purpose of electing directors for Director Position No. 7 of the District, pursuant to the provisions of Sections 49.101, 49.103 and 65.103, Texas Water Code, and the pertinent provisions of the Texas Election Code.
