If this is your FIRST time to have an entry in the Tomball Holiday Parade, in order to receive your Official Parade Entry/Line up Packet, it is MANDATORY that at least one representative for your parade entry attend the 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, November 3rd meeting in the Elmer L. Beckendorf Conference Center at Lone Star College - Tomball.
