With one of America's most anticipated holidays quickly approaching, The Empty Glass wants to help you start planning your feast and selecting the perfect wines to enhance your Thanksgiving. We have only 25 spots, for our exclusive "Thanksgiving Wine Pairing Social", Tuesday, November 13. The meet and greet reception starts at 6:30 p.m. with a selection of meat and cheeses as hors d'oeuvres. Then the Empty Glass' tapas-style Thanksgiving feast will start with a cranberry and walnut salad, followed by sweet potato shooters, then moving onto macaroni and truffle cheese and followed by the main course featuring turkey and stuffing and wraps up with pumpkin roll for dessert. Each course will have a wine pairing for your palate pleasure and we will have bottles available for purchase to take to your own Thanksgiving holiday! Each wine will come with tasting notes and we will have a wine connoisseur on site pouring and giving a brief history over each winery and their winemaking processes.
