VETSports Houston Softball Classic

Since launching VETSports Wounded Warrior National Softball Team in August, the VETSports staff has been busy trying to organize additional opportunities for communities and veterans to come together and celebrate both patriotism and resiliency. Founded only a few short months ago, VETSports already has their hearts set on bringing adaptive sports and team activities to communities all over the US.

The VETSports Houston Softball Classic November 17-18, 2012 is the organization's first fundraising event, and is expected to become an annual Houston event. The two day tournament (Men's and Coed) will feature the VETSports Wounded Warriors in exhibition games against the Houston Fire and Police Departments on Saturday, November 17th in the Houston Sportsplex:
     1pm VETSports vs Houston Fire
     3pm VETSports vs Houston Police
Fans should come out to enjoy the tournament and take the opportunity to meet their favorite players.
