Women's Self Defense Class
Women's self defense class. 1 hour of discussion and 1 1/2 hours of hands-on learning basic self defense techniques. This is a class geared towards women to heighten the awareness going into the holiday and shopping season. Dress attire is casual. We will be accepting donations and 100% of the money collected will be donated to a local women's shelter.
