Woodtrace, the gated Tomball area community by Friendswood Development Company will host the Woodtrace Parade of Homes event that includes 30 new homes open for touring and ready for summer move-in, free family-friendly weekend events beginning July 9 and continuing until July 25. The Parade of Homes along with seven decorated models will be open daily in Woodtrace where new homes are priced from the $260,000s to the $800,000s by Village Builders, Trendmaker Homes, Ashton Woods Homes, Lennar, J. Each Saturday starting on July 9, Camp Woodtrace will open at 10 a.m. and include a variety of fun, free events designed for children to play and learn while their parents tour new homes. Happy Camper events will be held at the community?s newly opened recreation center, overlooking a 23-acre lake. On Saturday, July 9 from 10 a.m. until noon, Fly Fishing expert Jeff Lyons will offer a fly fishing camp. Visitors can register to win a $100 Orvis gift card. No purchase is necessary to win.
