Kitchen Manager
Responsible for taking over all duties of Kitchen Manager if he/she is not present. Must execute shift successfully -- that means, all orders are going out beautifully and in a timely manner and ensuring all Kitchen Crew members are maintaining their stations. The Kitchen Leader is a Kitchen Manager in training. They are the leaders for fellow crew members and should be able to patiently and persistently bring fellow crew members up to speed
