Part time Administrative assistant- Masonry Subcontractor

We are a busy msonry subcontractor specializing in commercial projects.  Our team takes pride in our safety, quality, craftsmanship and profesionalism.  We are looking for a dependable part time administrative assistant to join our team, 2 to 3 days per week. This poistion supports daily office operations, bookkeeping, and HR tasks.  The ideal future team member will have experince with Quickbooks, payroll processing, and general administrative duties. 
Job Respondsibilities:

  • Enter & process invoices accurately in Quickbooks
  • Assist with payroll preperation & submissions (We use a software called Crewtracks and will train)
  • Maintain employee files, & support basic HR functions 
  • Prepare and track expense reports and payments 
  • Manage vendor communications & office correspondence 
  • Support management with administrative & clerical needs work as a team. 
Qualifications:
  • Proven experince in Quickbooks
  • Payroll & HR administrative experince preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, and organization skills, willing to learn and grow with us
  • Proficient in Microsoft word, and outlook
  • Excellent communications skills, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
