About Us

Meet Colleen: Colleen Pye was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, and is the fourth of five children. Colleen had her first real touch of real estate business when her parents' real estate agent created a contest to see which child could and would keep their room clean while he was trying to sell their home. Needless to say, Colleen won! Her parents also had a passion for real estate and were active in remodeling homes. It is because of them, she has the ability to “see” the potential in resale homes. After attending college in Overland Park, Colleen spent time working in elder care, retail with Michael’s Arts & Crafts and the moving industry. (Need to move a piano? Colleen’s your gal!) Her career choices took her to Norfolk, Virginia, and Cedar Rapids, Iowa, before settling in the northwest Houston area. Colleen and the love of her life, her husband Al, now call Tomball, Texas, their home. They recently built their dream home in downtown Tomball to be close to all of the happenings in the area. For 13 years, Colleen has been delivering exceptional service and results for real estate clients and the community.
