Ann Margaret Herrmann serves as SVP, Market President for Texas Regional Bank’s North Harris County market, where she leads business development, commercial banking strategy, and community engagement. Ann had more than two decades of experience in commercial lending, SBA lending, and relationship management.
Her expertise covers a wide range of complex financing solutions, including business acquisitions, partner buyouts, land development, ground-up construction, commercial real estate, developer loans, accounts receivable and working capital lines, and conventional commercial and industrial credit.
